7 Gift ideas for someone with cancer

Struggling to figure out what to get your loved one for the holidays? Don't stress it. We've put together a list for you.

Here are 7 gifts ideas for a friend or family member with cancer:

1.) Streaming Network Subscription - Think Netflix, Hulu or any other services that provide entertainment as your loved one is laid up.

2.) Massage - A great way to help your loved one relax and ease some of the aches and pains. Ask the doctor if there's a certain type of massage that might be best.

3.) Uber Gift Card - If there are days when your loved one is too tired to get behind the wheel, this can help with rides to stores or even to and from chemo.

4.) Food Deliveries - There are a bunch of services that prepare and deliver food. Do a quick search to see what's available in your loved one's neighborhood.

5.) Cookbook - We've mentioned how important nutrition is during chemo. Look for a unique cookbook that suits your loved one's taste, while also offering cancer-friendly options.

6.) Cleaning Service - Hire someone to clean your loved one's home while they're dealing with fatigue and pain. This can be a one-time deal, or a regular service. Either way, who wouldn't appreciate that?

7.) Hats - You know hats and turbans get a lot of use during chemo. Look for some new ones to add to your loved one's collection

Added tip: You can also get creative and make personalized gift cards. For example: Free hugs, free phone calls, a fun movie night, or offer a few free nights of babysitting if your loved one has young children.
